Oh Dear!

It is terrible within a month I have become one of those bloggers that abandon their blog for great swathes of time! Having not posted since July 11th I really should get my act into gear!

Well, I had 4 days of Madness in Kuwait, packing and moving like a demon and playing with my lovely dog who has now finally learned to walk unaccompanied and not bog off into the deep blue yonder!

I've been in the UK for about 2 weeks now and I'm having a blast. Have spent about a week at my Aunt's farm on a hilltop near Sheffield, been down to my uncle's near reading and to a family wedding and I'm now back at my Aunt's.
It would be beautiful at all of the above locations if it had not been pissing it down with rain for the past 2 months in the UK. I'm fed up of rain damn that La nina current off South America for sending the Gulf Stream further North and giving us bloody rain, last Summer was gorgeous and I got thoroughly sunburned but now rainscald is more the done thing!

Back to Q8

Well, I had a fantastic last week in Oz. After all the Wobbegongs and Turtles I headed inland to the Gold Coast Hinterland at Binna Burra, Wow! I was camping in a permanent tent and did some rainforest walks and saw Pademelon (small Kangaroo) in the wild- too cute- hence piccie!
Just finished downloading my photos and they are well cool. Now in the midsts of the madness that is moving house. Almost finished but now got to find homes for all my crap ad believe me I have a hell of a lot of it!

Aussie, Aussie, Aussie- Oi, Oi, Oi!

Well, thankfully fate decided that I would have a fantastic weekend's diving and see ten million turtles, loads of wobbegong sharks and humpback whales on the Big Cat Reality liveaboard. I'm now back in Brisbane prior to heading South to Binna Burra near Mt Tambourine at the New South Wales Border. Back to Q8 on Sunday to move house in 4 days- madness I tell you! Ah well, someone's got to do it!
